International Project Management Preparatory Program Preparatory program in Project Management includes the five process groups (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control and Close) and the nine knowledge fields (Communication, Time, Cost, Scope, Integration, Human Resources, Risk, Quality, Procurement), as well as the professional code of PMI. It intends to equip the students with the knowledge and the skills required to pass the PMI exams in CAPM and/or PMP. |

SimulTrain SimulTrain is a simulator used in project management training programs. To train pilots, flight simulators are used. To train doctors, patient simulators are used. Similarly, to train project management, a project simulator is used. For a couple of hours at a time, SimulTrain confronts learners with the situations and problems that arise in each project.
