About AUK
Founded in 2003, the American University in Kosovo (AUK) is Kosovo’s only private not-for-profit university. AUK works in partnership with the Rochester Institute of Technology to provide its students a comprehensive global education. Located in a scenic corner of Prishtina known as Germia, the university provides a challenging and rigorous curriculum, taught in English, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. AUK’s students have matriculated from over 18 countries. AUK’s graduates have joined their tens of thousands of RIT counterparts in going on to successful careers in nearly every walk of life.
