AUK is proud of its excellent and dedicated faculty.  They bring the best in the American education system to Kosovo.
All AUK faculty are recruited from Rochester Institute of Technology's professional staff, or they are approved by the relevant RIT department heads. This insures that all AUK faculty meet the same high standards as those that are required at RIT. Instructors are selected for both their academic knowledge and their hands on experience. In this way, AUK provides a career oriented education designed to support the workforce development needs of Kosovo.

AUK seeks to maintain an approximate ratio of 50% RIT faculty and 50% European-Regional faculty.
